On this page

Once you are signed in, every page of your account sits under one header called Panoramr. It has the page's title, one sentence, the buttons for that page at the top right, and a row of tabs. This page lists each tab: who sees it, what its buttons do and what its number counts. What each tab of your account does walks through what is on every page.

Who can use it. Every signed-in account except a free-trial guest account, which has no tabs. The tab you are on is underlined. On a narrow window the row scrolls sideways and opens with your tab in view.

What the number means. Four tabs carry a small number: Tours, Panoramrs, Hosted and Vaults. It is only worked out on the pages that show the tabs. The other tabs show none.

The tabs

Dashboard

The first tab: what needs a look, four numbers, and the tours and photos you were last working on.

Where: the first tab. Title: Panoramr. Default: The tab you land on after you sign in. What it does: Shows the plan line (your plan's name, then how many tours and Panoramrs you have). Its buttons are Create tour, Add Panoramr and Upload media, the first in blue. Upload media opens the Asset library page; choose the files there. What visitors see: Nothing. This tab is only for you. Needs: An account that is not a guest. Related: Create your first tour in Panoramr.

Tours

Every tour you made or were given, as one table.

Where: the second tab. Title: My Tours. It has a number. Default: The number counts the tours the Tours page lists under All: yours and those shared with you. What it does: The button Create tour opens Create Tour. When your plan cannot make another tour, the button reads Upgrade to Pro and opens the plans. While Panoramr's team lets your account import tours, Import a tour sits beside it. What visitors see: Nothing. Your tours' public pages are not part of this tab. Needs: Nothing. Related: What each tab in the tour editor does.

Panoramrs

The single 360° photos you shared on Explore, your profile and the map.

Where: the third tab. Title: My Panoramrs. It has a number. Default: The number counts the Panoramrs you posted. What it does: Add Panoramr opens the page for sharing one 360° photo. What visitors see: Nothing on this tab. The photos you share show on Explore, your profile and the map. Needs: Nothing. Related: Post a 360 photo to Explore.

Hosted

The tours that are online with your own branding, in your plan or in a Vault.

Where: the fourth tab. It has a number. Default: The number counts your own hosted tours. What it does: Host a tour jumps to Ready to host, the tours that fit what your plan has left. What visitors see: Nothing on this tab. Needs: A paid plan (Pro, Agency or Enterprise). A Free account does not have the tab and is sent to the Dashboard if it opens the address. Related: Free publishing, plan hosting or a Vault.

Vaults

The hosting you bought: one tour, for the term you paid for.

Where: the fifth tab. It has a number. Default: The number counts your Vaults. What it does: Buy a Vault opens the store. What visitors see: Nothing on this tab. Needs: Vaults on sale. The tab is left out while they are not. If you already own a Vault, its page still opens and keeps the tab while you are on it. Related: Vault hosting.

Asset library

Your panoramas, pictures, video, audio, documents and floor plans, whether or not a tour uses them.

Where: the sixth tab. Title: Media library. Default: No number. What it does: Add panoramas opens the Add Panorama window and puts 360° photos in your library. Upload media adds other files. A panorama's own page also belongs to this tab. What visitors see: Nothing on this tab. Needs: Nothing. Related: Upload and manage files in the Asset Library.

Design

Themes, icon packs and your custom icons, for any tour.

Where: the seventh tab. Title: Design. Default: No number. What it does: Open sandbox opens the Design hub on its Sandbox part. What visitors see: Nothing on this tab. To put a theme on one tour, use that tour's own Design tab. Needs: Nothing. Related: Choose a look for your tour.

Analytics

How many people looked at your tours, and which ones they came for.

Where: the eighth tab. Title: Analytics. Default: No number and no button in the header; Export CSV is on the page. What it does: Shows the views of all the tours you own, or of one. What visitors see: Nothing on this tab. Needs: Nothing. Related: Tour analytics.

My requests

What you have asked Support, and what came back.

Where: the ninth tab, only while the Help service is on. Title: My requests. Default: No number and no button in the header. What it does: Lists the requests you sent from the Help window, with their status. Opening one shows the conversation and lets you reply; a solved one asks How did we do?. What visitors see: Nothing on this tab. Needs: Nothing. Related: What each tab of your account does.

The Help button

Every tab has an outlined Help button after its other buttons. It opens a window with a short video about that tab and a link to the part of What each tab of your account does that covers it.

Troubleshooting

There is no Hosted tab. The tab is for the paid plans. Open Plan & billing in the account menu to see yours.

There is no Vaults tab. Vaults are not on sale at the moment. A Vault you own still opens from the Dashboard.

The number on a tab is lower than I expected. Tours counts the tours you own and the ones shared with you; Hosted counts your own hosted tours; Panoramrs counts the Panoramrs you posted.

A page has no tabs. My Account, Plan & billing, Pricing & upgrades, Notifications, a tour's editor and Create Tour have their own layout. Click Dashboard in the site header to get back.
