Invoices, billing history and your card
Find your invoices and payment history on Plan & billing, which lists each payment with an invoice link; Stripe's billing portal is where you change your card.

The short answer
Click your name or picture at the top right (on a narrow screen, the menu button), then My Account, then Plan & billing. The page shows your plan (and when it is next paid for), what you have used of it, the plans, the card Stripe has on file and your billing details, and lists your latest payments, paid or still owed, for plans and for Vaults, each with an Invoice link and a PDF link. The card, the details and the payments appear a moment after the page opens, because they are read from Stripe. To change the card or the details, click View full billing page in Stripe: Stripe's billing portal opens in a new window. What the portal shows and offers is set in Stripe, not in Panoramr. Until your email address is confirmed, Plan & billing and Manage Billing can send you to the Check your inbox page (unless the amber bar at the top gives you a date to confirm by).
Find your invoices or change your card
- Click your name or picture, then My Account.
- In the left menu click Plan & billing.
- Under Payments find the payment and click Invoice. Stripe's page for that invoice opens in a new window, and you can download the invoice there. PDF opens the invoice as a PDF file instead. A payment for a Vault shows the Vault's name under it: click the name to open the Vault (a Vault that went to somebody else with a tour has no name here). A payment that is still owed says
Payment due, and one that was paid back says how much. Only the latest payments are listed: a note under the table links to all of them in Stripe. - To change your card or your billing details, click Update in Stripe under Payment card or Billing details, or View full billing page in Stripe at the top. Stripe's billing portal opens in a new window, and when you are done there it brings you back to Plan & billing. These links appear once you have paid for something. Until then the page says
Nothing has been paid for yet.
Vault payments are in the list too. A Vault's own page also lists its payments: click your name or picture, then My Account and My Vaults, open the Vault, and use Invoice in its Payments table: see VAT, invoices and refunds. A Vault that renews by itself also has a button, Update my card or see invoices, that opens Stripe's portal.
On the My profile page, Manage Billing in the Subscription Package card opens the portal directly. In the Panoramr mobile app that link and Plan & billing are hidden: use a web browser.
What Panoramr does not do
- Take your card. Your card is entered and changed on Stripe's pages, not on a Panoramr page. Plan & billing only shows which card is on file and the details Stripe holds.
To change or end a plan, see Upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Plans, prices and limits lists what each plan costs.
Troubleshooting
A red bar, or an amber note on the Plan & billing page, says Billing is not available right now. Please try again later. Stripe is not set up on the server at the moment. Try again later, then write to moc.rmaronap@tcatnoc.
An amber note on the page says We could not read your billing details from Stripe just now. Please try again in a minute. Stripe did not answer for your account. Your plan is still shown. Try again in a minute; if it keeps happening, write to moc.rmaronap@tcatnoc.
Payment card says No card on file. Stripe keeps a card when you start a plan or a Vault that renews by itself. A Vault paid once does not leave a card, so an account that has only bought Vaults has none on file. Nothing is wrong, and nothing is charged again.
A red bar says We could not open the billing portal. Please try again later. The billing portal did not open. Try again; if it keeps happening, write to moc.rmaronap@tcatnoc.
I cannot find an invoice, or one needs a change. Write to moc.rmaronap@tcatnoc and say which payment it is about.
The links are not in the menu. In the Panoramr mobile app Plan & billing is hidden. Open Panoramr in a web browser.
